RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return Period
We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached and in the original packaging. A receipt or valid proof of purchase is required.

How to Request a Return
Before sending any item back, you must contact us at info@aulae.shop to request return authorization.
If your return request is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions and the correct return address. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Address
The return address may vary depending on the product and its fulfillment location. The correct return address will be communicated only after your return request has been approved. This allows us to route the item to the appropriate logistics partner.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, contact us promptly at info@aulae.shop so we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different item is to request a return for the original product. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order separately.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment provider before the refund is visible on your account.
