What to write about
Write if you're figuring out what to buy, want sizing advice before ordering, or need an update on a shipment. Write if something arrived wrong, if you'd like to start a return, or if you have questions about how any of this works.
Write especially if you have something critical to say, that's when I most want to hear from you. I'll reply within 24 working hours, from me directly, not from an automated system.
If your question takes longer to properly resolve, you'll hear from me within that window anyway, even if only to let you know I'm working on it.
A real reply. Not an automated acknowledgement, not a template response.
If the answer isn't straightforward, I'll tell you that clearly, and keep you updated until the situation is resolved.
