Your order leaves my hands before it reaches yours
Products ship from international fulfillment centers across Europe and North America, not from a single location I manage. That means delivery times vary, and sometimes items from the same order arrive separately. What follows is the clearest picture I can give you.
When your order ships?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, Monday to Friday. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with shipment details.
We ship worldwide to all countries available at checkout.
Estimated delivery times
Delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch. They are estimates, not guarantees.
Europe
Express: 1–3 business days
Economy: 3–5 business days
Worldwide (including Switzerland)
Express: 3–4 business days
Economy: 5–6 business days
Orders are dispatched via DHL and FedEx. Where available, tracking information will be sent by email after dispatch, on international shipments, tracking may take a few days to become active.
Costs, customs and what else to know
Shipping costs, if applicable, are shown at checkout before payment. If you order multiple items, they may ship from different fulfillment locations and arrive separately. This is expected, not an error.
Any customs duties, import taxes or local charges applied by your country are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
