A question worth answering directly
You're considering buying something from a brand you may not know well, through a system you can't fully see. Whether the products are genuine is a fair question, and one I want to answer clearly, not defensively.

How products reach Aulæ?
Aulæ sources its catalogue through a B2B luxury distribution platform, a network that operates within the authorized distribution channels of the fashion industry.
The structure is straightforward: fashion brands distribute through licensed intermediaries, who supply independent retailers. Aulæ sits at the end of that chain. Not as an official brand partner. Not as a licensed concession. As an independent retailer, sourcing from a distributor whose business depends on operating within recognized, authorized networks.
Aulæ is not affiliated with the brands in its catalogue, and does not claim to be. The products enter through a structured distribution channel, not through grey markets, not through unauthorized sources.

What I can and cannot tell you?
Aulæ doesn't physically handle the products it sells. There is no warehouse, no incoming inspection, no individual authenticity check on each item. When an order is placed, the distribution partner fulfils it and ships directly.
What I rely on is the integrity of the distribution network. That reliance isn't blind: it's based on working within a professional, structured system with a track record in the luxury sector. But it is a reliance, not a personal guarantee on every product.
Most independent luxury retailers, boutiques in Milan, Amsterdam, Zurich, source through exactly this kind of network. The limits I've described are the ordinary operating reality of independent retail, not a signal that something unusual is happening.
If something you receive raises a genuine doubt, about the product, the quality, anything at all, write to me. I'd rather lose a sale than earn a trust I haven't actually built.
Here is what I can say clearly
The products come from a recognized distribution network. Aulæ is an independent retailer, I state that explicitly rather than implying a brand relationship that doesn't exist. And if something you receive raises a genuine concern, I will look into it personally.
That's not a guarantee of perfection. It's a guarantee of honesty, which is the only kind I can make.
