Not every order works out as expected
It happens. A size doesn't fit. Something arrives and feels different from what you imagined. That's a normal part of buying clothes online, and it shouldn't be a complicated experience to resolve.
What can be returned?
Items purchased on Aulæ are eligible for return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be accepted, items must be returned in the same condition in which you received them: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached and in the original packaging. A proof of purchase is required.
Gift cards are non-returnable.
How to start a return?
Before sending anything back, write to info@aulae.shop to request return authorization.
In your message, include your order number, the item or items you want to return, and the reason for the return.
If your request is approved, you will receive detailed return instructions and the correct return address. The address may vary depending on which logistics partner fulfilled your order, it will be confirmed when authorization is issued. Return shipping costs will also be confirmed at that stage.
For international orders, any applicable customs implications for the return shipment will be addressed individually at the time of authorization.
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Refunds and exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, size or colour, the simplest approach is to request a return for the original product and place a new order separately.
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the refund appears on your statement.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, write to info@aulae.shop.
