Who we are?
I didn't grow up inside the luxury industry. I'm a physician.
I come to this world as an outsider, drawn by fascination rather than familiarity someone who has never stood at the door deciding who gets in.
What moves me isn't the product itself. It's the weight people give it. I built Aulæ because that weight deserves to be felt without embarrassment.
How we source?
Our catalogue is assembled through automated feeds sourced from brand partners and distributors. When an order is placed, the partner manages shipping directly. Aulæ never handles the product physically, holds no inventory, and doesn't oversee every step of the supply chain.
I could frame this more comfortably. I'd rather not.
What I want you to rely on is not a promise of perfect control, but a real person behind every interaction someone who answers, who stays, who doesn't vanish when something goes wrong.
Honesty is not a limitation. It's the foundation of trust that lasts.
