Yes. We ship to all countries available at checkout. Availability is shown at the time of purchase.
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, Monday to Friday. Delivery times after dispatch:
Europe
Express: 1–3 business days
Economy: 3–5 business days
Worldwide (including Switzerland)
Express: 3–4 business days
Economy: 5–6 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times can vary depending on destination and logistics conditions.
Products ship from international fulfillment centres across Europe and North America. If you ordered multiple items, they may be dispatched from different locations and arrive at different times. This is expected, not an error.
Tracking information is sent by email after dispatch, when available. On international shipments, it may take a few days to become active. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation at all, write to info@aulae.shop.
Yes. Any customs duties, import taxes or local charges applied by your country's authorities are the responsibility of the customer. These are not included in the product price or at checkout.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Items must be returned unworn and unused, with original tags attached and in the original packaging. A proof of purchase is required. Gift cards are non-returnable.
Write to info@aulae.shop before sending anything back. Include your order number, the item or items you want to return, and the reason. If your request is approved, you will receive return instructions and the correct return address.
We don't offer direct exchanges. The simplest approach is to request a return for the original item and place a new order separately.
How Aulæ works?
Aulæ's catalogue is built on automatic product feeds from brand partners and distributors. When you place an order, the partner handles fulfilment and shipping directly. Aulæ doesn't physically handle the product or hold stock.
What we do provide is someone to write to if anything goes wrong, and a clear, honest account of how the process works.
